6. Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days (varies by location)

Once your order is shipped, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Grip Cap. If you don’t, you may return or exchange eligible items.

  • Return Window: 7 days after delivery

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in original condition/packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Note: Items marked Final Sale or worn headwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

All content, trademarks, designs, product images, and branding on our website are the property of Get a Grip or our licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
